Paddle board seems to be sturdy. I inflated it within 10 minutes by hand pump. Included was board, hand pump, phone case, 3 fins, paddle, leash, carry case. Deflating was easy and fast, it folded well and everything fits in the backpack carry case. Paddle also seems to be sturdy and adjustable.
