Review: Great and Easy to Adapt! - Okay so I needed this for the front of my desk. So I needed to make a small adjustment to make it not stick up intrusively! As you can see from the last picture. I sawed the bit I don't need off, and it took me about 5 mins of light sawing, it's quite sturdy actually and I was surprised it's actually supported inside and not completely hollow! I need this for my art pad, and I wasn't willing to pay for the expensive art pad branded arm! So far this lets me turn my pad most ways, though I've realised it doesn't 360 tilt which is a little bit 'eh' but it's not something I actually have to do a lot! It tilts most directions but just not a full rotation, if that makes sense. It's my first foray into this sort of thing so I have a feeling I may end up replacing it for a full tilt device BUT I'm -very- happy with this so far! I did have trouble with it first time around and had to send it back. So be mindful with the bolt that secures the plate for the screen/laptop in place as it seems it -can- get stuck if you're not extremely careful with it? I think the metal very easily mashes the plastic inserts and you'll end up with a forever spinning bolt that can't be removed without a drill of some sort!
