Could not even put the thing together fully because the pieces provided were not correct. I requested a return/replacement and again was sent something that had holes that didn’t match the hardware. This was in different places than the first ordered fixture. I couldn’t even use both signs to make one. Sign fixture seems like it would be excellent but unfortunately this company could not provide a correctly package fixture in full. I ordered and reordered in a timely manner and now I’m left with nothing for my event in which it was needed. There’s no place to speak with anyone and no option for customer service help.
