This formula contains highly concentrated Omega-3 fatty acids, 350 mg of EPA (eicosapentanoic acid) and 250 mg of DHA. VIVA Omega-3 is also in a more absorbable triglyceride form. Most fish oil on the market is in a non-triglyceride form which needs to be converted into the triglyceride form in the body before it can be absorbed.
