It acts as a nice surface when lowered and goes up to a good height. The whole build feels sturdy at most heights although I do sense some wobble when extended during typing but this is likely due to the cheap sorry excuse of a "desk" below it.I'm a masters student having found myself constantly glued to my laptop due to "remote learning", watching lectures, studying or programming, and having an option to do some of these things standing up has been helpful for my posture and overall comfort. I've been meaning to buy a full sized standing desk but can't justify the purchase while living in short term rented accommodation.The workstation hold all of the tools I need throughout the day. I definitely will buy a full sized standing desk when living in a more settled place, but this smaller counterpart is perfect for people like myself with limited space and budget.Only downside is that handwriting is not an option for me at any elevation. The lowest position is too high for me and any extension really brings out the wobble. I've only tested it on this one desk so FOR THE PROSPECTIVE BUYER: READ OTHER REVIEWS TOO! Taken this round four facilities so far..Cons:- bit of a squeeze with two wide monitors so they need to be slant’d at an angle, and base of the monitors hang off a bit. so you need to be careful when raising it.
