I use instead of tobacco in my joints and have managed to completely quit nicotine now. There are quite a few twigs in, but easy enough to take out with tweezers. Its actually quite therapeutic just tipping some into a bowl and picking through it while watching TV 😅 Took a couple of days to get used to the taste, but now I am used to it and find it nice. You do need to make sure you get the twigs out because theyre really harsh when burned. Saves me a fortune and is better for me.
