i mainly use the grips for pull ups and kettlebells but can be used for bars and other gym equipment! I always tear my hands up pretty badly when working out but with the Grips they have really made a difference in protecting my hands! They sit nicely around the wrists and fingers are comfortable to wear and i will leave them on for a full workout. You can chalk them up to. They help me to continue exercising without tearing my hands! Nice product, wish id come across them sooner so i didnt have to go through trying to repair my hands time and time again.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Incorrect sizing received, but seem comfortable

I haven't actually used these yet, but the quality seems pretty good, and they are comfortable to try on (I have tiny hands, but chub fingers and the finger holes seem comfortable and don't seem to be an issue for me). The reason for my review before trying them is that I received two different sizes and an unable to use them. Amazon has sorted this out for me, and I will amend my review once I receive the same-sized grips and get to try them properly.
