I didn't realize that I had purchased Cramp care till I opened the box. Anyway, it was a happy mistake! This also contains ginger extracts, which I find helps to settle my stomach while the CB takes care of pain relief from cramps. Cramp Care has other extracts that I've never tried before. I can't say that these addtl extracts made this product more effect than plain CB extract for cramp relief, but it definitely worked just as well for cramp relief.
