Do NOT buy this if you are looking for something STRONG to hold your shoulders back, the shoulder straps have a little too much give to be truly effective. I do however love the way this is designed and constructed. I love how high this sits on my back and the adjustability it has to Target where the upper back pain is. This will work great if your looking for something to diminish the humpback slouch because the wrap around part makes it quite uncomfortable to roll your chest under. It does NOT hold your shoulders rigid as with other posture straps, there is just to much stretch.
