You would need to contact Zarrin to find out exactly how much is in their brand. **Q: what is the brew temperature?** A: How we brew tea - 1.) 2 table spoons of Ceylon tea in double boiler tea pot 2.) Add 3 cups water 3.) Bring to a boil 4.) Shut off and let brew for 5 minutes 5.) Have your second source of clean hot (simmer hot) water, Not boiling! a temperature you feel is good/tolerable to sip tea. 6.) Pour your brewed tea through a screen into your tea cup or mug.( for an 8 ounce cup pour about 2 ounces) the more brewed tea you pour the darker and stronger the tea.7.)
