It was 99 degrees outside and humid. I walked into her house an was perfectly comfortable. It has exceeded our expectations. This cools about 600 sq ft. Basically the front half of her house. In the evening we close off the front half of the house and she turns it to cool the bedrooms.My Mom is 4'7" and weighs 77lbs and she can move it easily. It is not large and clunky. It costs less than us running fans in every room and still not feeling comfortable. About 60 dbs.
