I have I’ve been using these melatonin drops for about three weeks now, and I can honestly say they’ve made a difference in my sleep routine. I don’t usually put reviews but I had to for this one! I have I’ve been using these melatonin drops for about three weeks now, and I can honestly say they’ve made a difference in my sleep routine. I like that it’s in liquid form because I can control the exact dose. At times I just take half if I need a lighter effect.
