This cream is an absolute game changer for me. When I put it on I feel it give me an instant boost of energy, and it's such a blessing! I struggle with a chronic illness, and this has been one of the only things which has made a huge impact on energy levels for me.UPDATE:I've been on this cream now for 4 months, and it took me a longtime to realize this slowly built up in my body and caused terrible side effects. For one they refuse to tell you how much of Of each vitamin is in this supplement... so there is absolutely no way to know how much You are getting in your system. This is hugely problematic if you have different genetic mutations because there is a fine balance between getting enough methylated vitamins and having too much. My biggest frustration is that NuMedica absolutely refuses to tell its patients how much is in it... they say it's a proprietary blend and that's why. Customer service had no sympathy for someone who called while struggling and begging for answers. it's irresponsible because everyone using this is putting undisclosed amounts of vitamins in their body and it's very unsafe.
