I got it so I dont have to carry a purse while traveling and hold my large samsung note 9 phone with wallet case. Also, when I go to school, I already have to deal with a large heavy overstuffed bag... going without a shoulder purse makes it easier for me. I was worried the red was more of a maroon color but it definitely matches the picture. It feels sturdy, the zippers and buckles seem heavy duty.I agree with some of the reviews, it isnt flat... isnt easy to hide. It gets wide pretty easy. But that doesnt affect my review any... it does what I need it to do. The only down side is that you can't choose which shoulder to wear it over as the strap isn't interchangeable. I purchased this as a replacement for a similarly styled bag by another company after the clip broke. It costed a couple more dollars, but offered a magnetic closure, additional pocket (compared to the original bag), and boasted water resistance. The other bag used a plastic closure, which broke after the second time I used the original bag, so I thought the magnetic one would work better as I intended to use the interior section between it and the two zipper closure compartments to store my keys. So far the bag works great. I really like the color and the feel of the material, and have already recieved several compliments.
