It's a very large food maker in Brazil so it should be easy to find online, and then look for "contatos" or "SAC" for ways to contact them. If you are concerned about fermentation because of the product being chametz you can use the sweet (unfermented) version, polvilho doce, to make cheese bread. In the U.S. it's the same product that is also sold as tapioca flour or tapioca starch. **Q: Is this the same of cassava flour ?
