A: The Crispy Tempura Shrimp contained in this package are uncooked and should be cooked until heated through to an internal temperature of 160°F.

**Q: Where are the shrimp sourced?  Thanks!**
A: I have not made this yet...don't know

**Q: Can these be baked?**
A: You can bake them. End up heavy on the batter.  Fry them for perfection.

**Q: how many did you receive upon delivery?**
A: I can’t remember exactly, but over 75. Somewhere in that range. But, I can tell you that the quality and taste were excellent. Really good!
