I purchased the property in December of 2024, through the rainy season the debris piled up in it. This spring I cleaned it out and found about 3 inches of muck in the bottom. The water was really cloudy and dark brown/green from the lack of maintenance. It had a small fountain with a small filter, but it obviously wasn’t doing much good. I purchased this unit because it has a 1300 gph. rating with a diverter for a fountain and a hose port. After 2 cleanings in 3 days I can already tell that it’s working. The water is getting a lot clearer and cleaner. I can see the rocks & the bottom. With another 2 or 3 cleanings, I believe that the pond is going to look great. The fountain is beautiful, and I hose adapter is funneling enough water to operate a waterfall feature as well. My 17 Koi fish are really happy, I can see them a lot more now.
