Also had problems trying to get help in the phone app, was set to another sight nothing to do with Pebblebee but there app was sending me there. Not how to present your business as the site was listed as, well I cant say desertcart won't let me.

**Q: If the battery lasts 1 year before charging, how long will it likely last before charging a second time? I expect the battery will age...**
A: Hi there! You'll have to recharge every 12 months. Please note that lithium batteries have a lifespan from 300 to 5000 cycles depending on use, so you won't have to worry about them aging in a long time. Hope this helps!

**Q: Pebblebee support: can't get Card to work when double clicking, can't connect to Find My or Pebblebee.  Battery is full.  What to do?**
A: To be frank with you, buying the Pebblebee card was a waste of money. Sometimes I am next to the card and it would not show my location.
