    If you're going to buy it avoid Kindle edition

One star to get some attention.Book puts nicely together practices that you can perform early in the morning (or any other time of the day that suits you best)Some companion video footage would help for those not familiar with mentioned practices.But whatever you decide, avoid Kindle. Missing words. Some times phrases ending half way. Very annoying.I don't knowy if author has any influence on Kindle publishing, but if yes, please tell them to fix those mentioned problems.

This "book" is very short. Only 80 pages. It's okay but if you're gonna buy a book on some basic qigong I would get something a bit more comprehensive.

this is a bad buy. the kindle version is poorly formatted (frequently throughout) and despite a previous comment to this effect, nothing has changed. what a pity. it's put me off buying kindle books.
