Review: Effective - I tried the NMN first and I didn’t notice much of a difference so I read up on the what works best. Studies show it’s more effective to stack NMN with NR and I’ve noticed a definite boost in my energy, it’s easy to use, I just scoop and drop under the tongue every morning after I take my other meds and it dissolves very fast. It does have a tart taste but I think it helps it dissolve quicker. You get 60 servings for one container so it has a good value for $30/month. I have no side effects and I’ve been taking it for a few months. Definitely effective!
