This is delicious!!! It also curbs my appetite. It gives me energy and needed nutrients. I love it. I would say it is aiding in the other ways that I am dieting and exercising to make my efforts successful. No one product alone can “cure” your being overweight. This one helps me in two ways; it gives me energy when I am down while providing vitamins and amino acids I need to keep my mind sharp on the Keto diet. It adds Glycine to my diet which is thought to help liver function and is non dairy or sugar added but is delicious. Winner Winner.
