And it is NOT subtitled in English. All the subtitles are also in Japanese. So you either need to read or speak Japanese to understand the game play. That being said there are work-arounds to play the game depending on how patient you are. Every DL game I have played I either play on the Vita or the Switch and I sit with my laptop open and follow fan translations of each route as I play through. These are not perfect but you can get a reasonable idea of what is occurring. It is an otome game so there is no speed requirement for playing through it will stay on the same slide as long as you don't click to the next one. You could also use translation software to translate it slide by slide. I have been asking about English Sub or Dub on these games for 6 years and the answer has always been NO they will not have an English Sub or Dub. I know a lot of people who watched the anime wanted to play the games because of the anime.... well the games are M rated and a lot more intense than the anime and they haven't been licensed for English translation. It would be awesome to have at least a complete fan translation but these don't exist. Fans tend to translate their favorite boys routes so that is how I have utilized multiple fan translations to play through the different games. If I ever have the patience I will cobble together a fan translation all in one place but that is more of a dream than a goal.
