Our dishes are all hand washed. One thing for sure is that they are VERY easy to clean. **Q: Are these pots and pans from the Palm restaurant collection?** A: not sure but I dont think so...it is a great pot and lid..hope it helps you. **Q: Can you brown chicken and beef in this without them sticking?** A: I always use a little bit of oil or Pam. **Q: Is this a good quality and last longer? Can u use scrubbing sponge to wash the pot?** A: it is a good quality pot.
