It filters well mainly just tap water, as I haven't tried it with any other water sources like a river or sea water. But yeah, it does the job, and the filter lasted longer than expected as well. My only complaints are that I would like a bigger jug (or some kind of extension tank) and a faster flow rate when dispensing water. It would also be great to have a UV light or some kind of illumination for when you want to dispense water by your bedside at night. Overall, though, it's a solid product and I highly recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product & Outstanding Customer Service I purchased the Waterdrop Mega Instant Electric Water Filter Jug (6L), but unfortunately the first unit I received was not working. I contacted Waterdrop customer support Executive Harper,and I was very impressed with their response. They issued a replacement unit very quickly, and on top of that, they included two extra filters absolutely free. The new unit works perfectly. The water tastes clean, fresh, and clear, with no bad smell or chlorine taste. It gives real confidence knowing it helps reduce lead, mercury, PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, and other impurities. The product itself is very useful for daily use, and the customer service is excellent, fast, and professional. Because of both the product quality and the support I received, I strongly recommend Waterdrop to anyone looking for a reliable water filter system.
