The bags I received appeared to be new, never issued. These bags are pretty big and have enough straps that you can configure a variety of carry positions. You can strap it around your waist & leg, strap it over your shoulder and around your waist or any way you choose, it's that versatile.The closures are all Velcro, so you don't have to worry about any snaps breaking or being too hard to open.The straps appear to be heavy duty woven canvas with heavy duty safety hooks and "D" rings.There is enough room inside to hold a mask, a spare filter canister or two and a canteen w/hose attachment.The bag itself looks to be medium weight canvas and appears to have been treated, probably with some sort of waterproofing.Bottom Line, for $4 bucks you get a really durable "gas mask" bag that should fit any masks on the market and still give you room for other essential equipment.

I ordered 3 and they arrived fast.  All were new and sealed in plastic.  The inside is coated to repel water.  My gas mask with filter fit perfectly inside. Well constructed, and has a shoulder strap and one for the waist to secure it.  The bag has velcro closure to provide easy acces.The bag also has a compartment , but an extra 40mm cartridge would not fit, not sure if that is what it is for.
