Like you are eating jelly. Some people may go for that. I don't. It is not overly sweet and overpowering in flavour too. Its a subtle flavour to it. I bought the protein works protein porridge at the same time during the Amazon prime sale and that stuff is light years nicer (In my opinion at least) as that is almost overpowering in its sweetness (that I like).
