After just a week of taking the capsules I could tell a difference. Given, to lose a large amount of weight, you must workout out / diet as well. Taking these capsules helped me eat less, and stay full longer. It also helped greatly with my acid reflux. Overall, I have lost 40 pounds in 3 months.
