But it’s also nice to roll on the floor in the mornings or anytime I’m feeling stiff.The little nodes feel great and hit the right spots, giving you a similar effect to getting a back massage.I think the best part is how I feel now at the end of the day. Instead of my back being tight and sore, it is so much more relaxed.Great bang for the buck.
