I installed it myself and not overly hard to do. The space in the old fountain is pretty tight. The kit came with everything that you need to get the job done. Review: Elkay's customer service is A++ - Non-plumber here who installed it with a plumber friend of mine who had never done a water fountain before. Took us 2.5 hours or so. We found a YouTube video that was much better than following the somewhat confusing written instructions. With the new filter, everything just barely fits in there and we both came out with some cuts from the sharp edges. Plumbing was fine but the water was running constantly when we plugged in the machine for the first time. I called Elkay customer service and not only got a real human, but one that worked on the factory floor and knew the machines in and out! Better yet, she called me back for a video call so I could walk her through my setup. She spent 45 minutes with me and was genuinely interested in figuring out the problem. I've never had customer service like that. We ended up solving the issue (it was electrical... my error of course) and my system works great. ## Features - 1.1 to 1.5 Gallons Per Minute Fill Rate - Visual User Interface - Includes WaterSentry® Plus Filter, 3000 gal - Silver Ion Anti-Microbial Protection - FOR ELKAY WATER COOLERS ONLY ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00443LT5Y | | Brand | Elkay | | Brand Name | Elkay | | Capacity | 567 g | | Colour | Light Gray Granite | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 107 Reviews | | Display Weight | 9.98 kg | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00094902586953 | | Installation Type | Wall Mounted | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 9.1D x 45.5W x 48H centimetres | | Item Weight | 10.52 kg | | Manufacturer | Elkay | | Manufacturer Part Number | LZWSRK | | Material | Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Number | LZWSRK | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product dimensions | 9.1D x 45.5W x 48H centimetres | | Style | Bottle Filling Station Kit | | Style Name | Bottle Filling Station Kit | | UPC | 094902586953 | | Unit Count | 1.0 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Elkay - **Capacity:** 567 g - **Colour:** Light Gray Granite - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Product dimensions:** 9.1D x 45.5W x 48H centimetres ## Images ![Elkay LZWSRK EZH2O Water Bottle Filler Retro-Fit Kit - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51HGcImy7sL.jpg) ![Elkay LZWSRK EZH2O Water Bottle Filler Retro-Fit Kit - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61NieTeiUFL.jpg) ![Elkay LZWSRK EZH2O Water Bottle Filler Retro-Fit Kit - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51ez46AMYCL.jpg) ![Elkay LZWSRK EZH2O Water Bottle Filler Retro-Fit Kit - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51fiXwvafFL.jpg) ![Elkay LZWSRK EZH2O Water Bottle Filler Retro-Fit Kit - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/6146Z0c1M1L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: can i use elkay lzwsrk together elkay ezs8l ada compliant barrier free water cooler, 8 gallons per hour like a model elkay lzs8wslk wall mount drinking fountain** A: Yes you can. I have installed 2 already in a commercial building. **Q: Where is the filter located on this bottle filler unit?** A: Thank you for your question on the LZWSRK. This retrofit model is shipped with a filter kit that allows you to not only add the bottle filler to your cooler model but also update a non-filter cooler model to be filtered. The filter, however, is not pre-installed in the retrofit model and needs to be installed inside of the existing cooler model. Please visit https://helpcenter.elkay.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024426074-Installation-Help and click the EZ Style Cooler - Adding a Bottle Filler link. It will take you to a video on installing this retrofit model which includes installing the filter. **Q: Is this a complete unit by itself or it requires any more parts? I see that cooling/ regfigerating is not included. But would it still filter water?** A: This is an add-on to an existing elkay drinking fountain. All parts are included in the package to install on you elkay fountain. **Q: Does this unit come with all the the parts needed to fit to my existing Elkay model?** A: You need to look at the models that this unit works for. If your's is listed, then it comes with everything that you need except fasteners to attach the bottle filler to the wall. Usually hollow-wall anchors work well for dry wall installations. This is a replacement for a water fountain that already has a bottle filler. For a water fountain that does not already have the bottle filler, you must replace the basin with the Elkay 1337 basin. I did not find one on Amazon, but I did find online at Berl's Commercial Supply for $135.99. Worth the effort. ## Frequently Bought Together - Elkay LZWSRK ezH2O RetroFit Bottle Filling Station Kit for EZ Family Filtered Non-Refrigerated, Stainless Steel - Elkay 51300C WaterSentry Plus Replacement Filter Cartridge for WaterSentry Plus Filtration System in EZH20 Bottle Fillers - N/A - Elkay EZS8 EZ Wall Mounted Drinking Fountain with Water Cooler - Light Gray Granite --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/616738550-elkay-lzwsrk-ezh2o-water-bottle-filler-retro-fit-kit](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/616738550-elkay-lzwsrk-ezh2o-water-bottle-filler-retro-fit-kit) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
