It does have dimethicone and other silicone based polymers for smoothness of application, but honestly, even the "cleanest" of skin products contain that. The moment I touched the sponge, it literally Melted - it was weird! It turned into this little strip of nothing. I wiped it off of the tube and tested the concealer on my arm before I put it on my face, in case there was something harmful. I've now used it for three days and am fine - no reaction (and I have sensitive skin). So, bottom line is: I like the color and the coverage. It stays in place even over a jojoba oil based moisturizer that I use all over my face. Will purchase again.
