If you buy these, please be aware that they need LOWER heat requirements because they conduct heat so well. Also, let them warm up before putting anything in them or else everything will stick to them. These are not meant to be completely non-stick but they are easy to clean if used right. My wife will not use them, she is scared of them for some reason. There isn't a single non-stick pan that I like better, even my cast iron pan isn't this good.
