### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strong Clamp

I bought this for a specific job which required a large g-clamp. When it arrived my first impressions were that it was very impressive - heavy, well made and the coating of paint on it was thick and durable. It looked like it could be worked hard. And that is exactly what I did, I used it to what I sense is it’s maximum clamping force, hand tightening the screw as much as possible before slipping a short pole over the tommy bar to ‘encourage’ it a bit more. It performed perfectly. Held things together with the swivel shoe adjusting a bit to apply an even force. To give a better understanding of the size I took a few photos placing the clamp beside a tape. The first shows the maximum clamping width - 210mm (8.5 inches). The second shows the max depth - 80mm (3 inches). The last is for a bit of scale, I have put it beside 2 inch and 6 inch clamps (my 4 inch having been ‘borrowed’ by a friend quite some time ago). It weighs 1.94 kg (just over 4 lbs). In summary, this is a very strong and well made clamp. It will only be used occasionally but is very likely to outlast me. Finally on price, it was far cheaper on Amazon than in my local chain big box store which claims to always have the lowest prices. Recommended.
