I still wanted be able to track my sleep because I'm a chaotic sleeper and have other important information about how my body is doing. I was a little apprehensive about the Oura at first because I can't even wear normal rings so I wasn't sure I'd be able to wear this one. Now I can say the only time I've taken it off in the last 6 months is when I need to charge it. It's so comfortable I forget it's there and my finger even feels weird when I take it off. There is a subscription fee for the app but I don't mind paying it. I was paying for multiple subscriptions for my Apple watch to get all the data I needed but this is just one small subscription.
