Clear explanations on the process and lots of examples to help you put into words whatever you have going on. I was eager to receive this deck and I read through the book that came with it cover to cover from my usual tough customer perspective, my mind going in lots of directions at once, does this make sense, yes it does, would it make sense if I hadn’t already read her books, yes. Does the next example work for me? Yes it does. Could I give this to all my people for Christmas?
