With 3 Molle type of accessory attachment spots which are about 1" apart. Only the center one is elastic, where you can attach and get items that you need easily. 3. These shoulder pads can be used on FCS, LBT, JPC and etc vests or sling bags, backpack, guitar bags. Inside hook creates friction to prevent pads from moving freely up and down the strap.

Easy to install and very comfortable. My plate carrier didn't have padded shoulder straps and these were pretty inexpensive but are holding up well so far.
