It’s essentially a slightly cookies and cream tasting flapjack with a very slight stingy aftertaste (good sting though). Size is decent. It’s more dense than something like a grenade bar. Has slightly higher sugar but I’d say it helps it. Fibre is good, about 7.2g. Not too high in sugars. I’ve definitely seen bars with more but then again not on the grenade level of about 2, this has 3g.
