A: On the size L-XL, the length is 45 inches and at the widest it is 6 inches. The 6 inches is the middle of the back, while the “wings” so to speak on each side are 4 inches wide.

The heat wraps work great but I'd say 12-ish hours tops for how long they last. Also, nothing to do with the wraps themselves but the getting what you pay for part of the product. This product shows the box showing 10 wraps. I open the paper packaging from Amazon and see this (see picture)... 10 wraps, packed inside one square of seran wrap. The heat wraps are *AIR* activated. Why tf do you ship them in a single square of seran wrap... NO box? STOP screwing customers!
