If I leave it put it works just fine.*Customer service reached out and offered to send me a new cord. This leads me to believe that I just had a defective cord. Customer service was very polite. I’m leaving the one star review because the item did not work from the minute I first tried to use it, but it is reassuring that customer service was helpful.I just received the item yesterday and attempted to use it today. It constantly cuts out the sound and stops the music, switching it back to my phone speakers...basically every time the car isn’t driving at one speed in a straight line.
