THIS little power twist bar is AWESOME! These bars are an absolute game changer!!! After dealing with severe golfer's elbow pain for over a year, not being able to fully extend my arm, not getting any relief with ultrasound guided cortisone shots, and being told by my orthopedic doctor that I may need surgery, I came across these bars and decided to give them a try. I honestly didn't hold out much hope, but figured, "what do I have to lose"? When I first started using the 6lb bar, I thought I'd never get to the 25lb bar. I was in so much pain when I started, but pushed through and did the exercises every other day. In only a short month of use, I can honestly say I've graduated up to the 25lb!!! It's amazing seeing yourself getting stronger everyday, and finally be able to do normal activities again without screaming in pain (like just pushing/pulling the car door shut). And my grip has definitely improved as well. I'm so thankful for this product!
