I read a review on here that said you should wear it inside out and i noticed that when i didn't wear it inside out, the belt around my wait would just flop around under or over my shirt, which was a little obvious, but when i turned it inside out it totally fixed that for me. Then i noticed that the straps under my armpits hurt because they were too bulky, but there's not really anything you can do about it, except that when you move the straps as far to the edges of your shoulder, it can be quite comfortable. I even accidentally kept in on all day.
