Design is just a little slippery. *by M***W on October 15, 2018* So far so good. Have used it to charge my s9 2.5 times. Pretty good and fast. I like the style and design. Very simple and clean. I also like that you can fast charge the battery by using qc3.0 and it will charge even faster than using 2.4amp. that's an extra bonus. I only wish it wasn't so slippery. Maybe next time have rubber around the sides or add something to prevent it from slipping out your hand. Last thing anyone would want to do is drop a lithium battery...it could end up damaged/swelling and possibly cause a fire. Wouldn't want that to happen. But besides that, this is great because of the qc3.0 charging both ways.Note: if you use both USB ports to charge two devices, it doesn't do qc3.0 because of the total volts/amps is exceeded. It doesn't have enough to do two qc3.0. that said, you can charge a single device qc3.0 from either port.Also, you will know if the battery is being quick charged if the fourth led turns green. If all four are white then it's just standard charging which take a little while longer.For the price, I'd definitely buy this again. I have not experienced any of the half charging issues that others have mentioned. I'll be taking this on more trips soon so I'll can update if I do have any issues. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great *by J***N on November 30, 2018* Light. Elegant. Fast charging. At this price, the best of the best deal.The only thing needs to be caution is that: never, never connect it to charge devices in rain (not even with little water). I did once in a little rain for about an hour and found the ends of connections became very, very hot, and the next day I found that the pins of my phone covered with some black powder (burn dust, even though it could be wiped off). I bet I was lucky that the time was not long enough to burn my phone or this power bank — I would warn people never try this as an experiment. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TYPE C *by P***R on September 10, 2018* I had this power bank for about 5 days, I use this battery to juice up 2 MOTO G4 for myself and wife and battery still have something let in the tank after both phone charged up. Having the TYPE-C connection was a MUST for me in buying an external batter. For the fast re-charge purpose.The size for the battery itself is perfect, and fits perfectly in my pant pocket or in my handbag.
