A: U have the mild its 310 mg for 2oz of seasoning I don't know if the sweet would be the same or not

A: The ingredients of the AC Legg Mild Italian Sausage Seasoning is:  Salt, Spices (Including Fennel and Pepper). NO MSG.  As far as I have read about gluten, none of these ingredients are a source of gluten. But the package does not say "Gluten Free". None of the AC Legg seasonings are labeled "Gluten Free" so I would look at the ingredients to determine if any of the ingredients are a source of gluten.

A: NO. THERE ARE NO WHOLE FENNEL SEEDS IN THIS PACKAGING, EVERYTHING APPEARS TO BE COARSELY GROUNDED.  THERE IS THAT DISTINCTIVE GREAT TASTE OF THE FENNEL BUT IT IS NOT WHOLE.
