The last three years the quality packaging customer service has went terribly downhill. I would purchase about seven or eight a year along with Kohler being my other option, I’m very disappointed in this system and this company I will not be using them again. The last four I got had to be refurbished. Seal was broken. Parts were all over the place scratched all I can say is go to Kohler Hydro oil.
