**Q: how much is really in the package? Image says 40oz but the description headline says 4 oz**
A: Well my package says 4 oz and I'd say that's the correct amount. I also want to say that the package I received is excellent quality of Green Pepper

A: Peppercorn microwave safe?!   I would think so but I guess it depends on how you'd plan to do that. In a sauce? on a steak? how?   It's a spice, why would you microwave it I guess is my question

A: It's printed on my package "Product of India"     

I would just add that I'm very happy with these Green Peppercorn as they're very flavorful and of high quality. I make my mushroom and Green Peppercorn sauce with them and my husband just love the sauce.
