Be careful sticking it as the adhesive is very strong and the foam material is very delicate. It is very easy to rip the material when applying. Review: I wanted to lean a heavy mirror against a bedroom wall to make it into a wardrobe mirror. We had just installed a tile floor in our bedroom and I was concerned that the mirror could slide down the wall. I ordered the AMGSH sponge neoprene with adhesive foam rubber sheet in 1/2" thickness. The sheet is easy to cut with scissors. I cut two strips of neoprene 2" X 12" and stuck them to the floor where the mirror would rest. I cut another two strips and placed these strips near the top of the mirror, so that, the mirror did not scratch our wall. The neoprene is soft enough to allow the mirror to depress the material rather than slide off it. Although the neoprene is sold in a number of thicknesses for different projects, the 1/2" thickness worked well for me. Since I didn't use that much of the sheet, I will use the rest of it to line the inside of my workbench's tool drawer to keep items in place.
