Used on gas rings they are more liable to stick because the heat is concentrated in very small areas, but on ceramic hobs or electric hotplates, where the heat is more evenly distributed, there is no sticking at all. But do not use a very high heat - they are better on a lower heat with a very tiny smear of olive oil on the pan before you begin to cook. I love mine and always just wash them under the hot tap with a soft bristle kitchen brush and they come as good as new. I had read I would have to assemble my pans but this was not the case and mine came already assembled and I didn't find them flimsy and cheap feeling/looking at all.I have found from experience that your oven plate temperature does not need to be cranked up. It is a) not necessary and b) damages the bottom of your pans and in turn there goes your nonstick. Ensure that you DO follow the before use and maintenance instructions and you will have the best use out of this set.Unfortunately, no fault of the pans, but we took the small one camping with us and due to extreme temperature frying bacon the small pan is no longer as nonstick as the two bigger ones and food is starting to stick to it meaning we have damaged it (he also used a fork)!! In saying that I can still wipe it clean easy enough with a dry kitchen towel. The bigger two still working great. Talking about sizes - they really are a great mix of sizes and both bigger ones come with lids.Lastly - cleaning is a breeze with this set. You really don't need scouring pads and such just a wipe and a rinse under warm soapy water and you are done and the reason I don't put them in the dishwasher they are just too easy to clean, dry and put away straight away. They still look like new/no discolouration and I am still very happy with my purchase.I gave 4 stars and not 5 because I wouldn't trust that the handles could tolerate the heat of the oven. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money unless you want burned looking pans *by J***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 December 2014* The first time I used these I was very impressed by the non stickability. But have now been using for a couple of weeks and they are badly stained, look burned , food us now sticking unless I use a good splash of oil. I wanted these pans for as near fat free cooking as possible. They are brown, burned looking and they look a terrible mess as I can't use abrasives on them. They are also very light and almost topple over when they are on top of the cooker without food inside them. I am very disappointed and think they will be going in the bin shortly. What a waste of money but then they were quite cheap.
