I’m disabled and unable to standing dumbbell or barbell curls or my standing exercises that put additional weight on my spine. I strap these just above my biceps and triceps, where they connect to my deltoids. When laying on my chest to do my dumbbell rows it causes all the blood to rush to my arms and provide my a great bicep workout. When sitting at the machine chest press it does the same for my triceps. They sell these for bodybuilding but for many times the price!
