I’ve worked in customer service for over 40 years I recognize ‘good customer service’.I truly appreciate the no hassle solution to this issue and I will def order from this company again. Thank you!12/10 Update: where I do still love the look of this watch the case actually popped off more than once, I secured it back on and then It fell off and now it’s lost. It didn’t wrap around the watch enough to be secure so it was pretty easy just to come loose and pop off...major design flaw as now I’m left with either going without a case to protect the actual watch or try to find one that will match the watch band. It came a bit large for me, and after a small learning curve on how to use the included adjustment tool, I was able to take out 5 links to make it fit just right in about 10 minutes (tip: push the tool until you hear the “POP!” It didn’t break - the pin in the link pushed out!) It looks great with the watch itself, but I will say that the included watch bumper cover is a completely different color gold, which is why I gave this only 4 stars (I included a picture for comparison.) Bought the silver and black for myself. Bought the rose gold for my daughter. They are beautiful, well made, comfortable to wear and a have received many compliments. They come with a tool to remove links to size to fit properly. This can be time consuming and a bit frustrating. Some have been more difficult than others to remove links. A jeweler could do it for you, if necessary.Once you get it sized, it’s great! Worth the aggravation of removing the links. Giving 5 stars because it is a quality beautiful band.
