**Q: What is the calorie count on this oil?**
A: The calorie count for this Corte. Olive oil is 120.

**Q: Is this for salads or can you sauté with this oil?**
A: Wonderful for dipping or salads and we used for sauteing as well until I read recently that EVOO shouldn't be used with heat, to use plain Olive Oil for that application.  Delicious tasting olive oil; we had it at an Italian restaurant to dip bread in and had to ask the brand and order some.

**Q: Is this corto's "truly" evoo? the title doesn't say truly, but the picture of the label does so just trying to confirm. thanks!**
A: The bottle I ordered about a month ago does say the word “truly” on it

A: Although we don't offer specific levels of polyphenols for our products, our olives are harvested in the fall when polyphenol levels are at their highest.
