They're quite sturdy, I keep my cheap tiny digital camera and batteries in one of these Art Nouveau era beauties. If you like Walker shortbread, you will love these, too. These are round, and come in small individual packets of 4 cookies. Inside the tin is an additional sturdy cardboard liner that protects the packets on all sides so that they cannot bounce around too much.The awesome tin is just an added bonus. I am slowly trying out all the different varieties, but in large part also because I simply love these tins. I keep two of those out on my counter top in the kitchen and use them to store teabags. Several of the individually wrapped packets inside of the tin are quite smashed up. Wherever these tins are packaged, they need to add some kind of cushioning beneath the lid of the tin or perhaps revamp the way they are arranged entirely. (That's not Amazon's fault, but it is definitely disappointing.)Silver lining? At least they still taste good.
